Overview

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Search Specialist to manage and optimize both SEO and PPC campaigns as part of broader digital marketing initiatives. This role blends technical execution with strategic thinking to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in managing integrated search marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and visibility.

  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing.

  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

  • Stay current on search engine algorithms, digital marketing trends, and platform updates.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with SEO and PPC responsibilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/PPC tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.


Preferred Skills
