We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Group Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms — including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search & Display), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn — to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across all major digital and social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.) to measure success.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
- Support SEO initiatives and website performance improvements to enhance online visibility.
- Manage and monitor tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, ad formats, tools, and best practices across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and brand teams to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience targeting, performance metrics, and conversion optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other key digital tools.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and recommend improvements.
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
