Job summary

The Zayed National Museum seeks a seasoned Digital Learning leader to design and deliver digital interpretation across English and Arabic audiences. You will shape strategy, supervise content creation, and oversee innovative technologies to engage families, schools, and lifelong learners.

You will lead a team, collaborate with curators and educators, and ensure content quality, inclusivity, and alignment with the museum’s mission and 5-year plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in museums or cultural institutions with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience delivering digital content strategy across diverse audiences.
• Experience using agile project methodologies and human-centered design.
• Experience creating inclusive bilingual digital content (Arabic and English).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of English-language digital learning materials for exhibitions and online audiences.
• Develop and oversee a strategic digital content programme across UAE and beyond.
• Write scripts for audio/video guides and tours for visitors.
• Recruit and manage permanent and freelance staff; set objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare and manage budgets for digital learning initiatives and procurement.
