Job summary

Help AG is seeking a Website & Digital Experience Specialist to own day-to-day website operations, content accuracy and landing page development. You will collaborate with Marketing and IT to improve usability, search visibility, performance and conversions.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on CMS skills with understanding of analytics, user journeys and technical processes for corporate sites. Hybrid UAE-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and improving a corporate website.
• Hands-on CMS experience with building or updating pages and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, user experience and conversion optimization.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills to make updates or communicate requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website updates via the CMS, including pages, navigation, forms and banners.
• Build and maintain landing pages for services, campaigns and events.
• Ensure content is accurate, accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain clear site structure and effective user journeys across devices.
• Coordinate releases, fixes and enhancements with IT and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, layouts and conversion paths.
• Apply SEO, monitor performance and coordinate fixes for health and speed.
• Support testing and QA before new pages go live.
• Track traffic, engagement and conversions with GA and Search Console.
