About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Digital Content Creator to join the resort’s Learning & Development team.

Design And Produce Digital Learning Assets Such As

• Hotel orientation and departmental training videos
• Visual SOP guides and job aids
• Digital presentations for leadership and service trainings
• E-learning modules (using tools like Articulate Rise or Canva)
• Film, edit, and publish training videos showcasing real hotel environments and procedures.
• Create branded communication materials to promote internal trainings, campaigns, and events.
• Manage and update L&D content on internal platforms (e.g., LMS, SharePoint, digital noticeboards).
• Collaborate with department trainers to visualize operational procedures (e.g., room setups, service flows).
• Support in delivering hybrid or virtual training sessions with digital tools and tech coordination.
• Ensure all materials are visually consistent with hotel brand standards and accessible to a diverse team.
• Support virtual and hybrid training sessions with digital assets, visuals, and tech coordination.
• Track performance and feedback on digital content, making improvements based on user engagement and training impact.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in content creation or digital media, ideally within a hotel, luxury brand, or customer-facing industry.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Ability to manage filming and editing independently.
• Understanding of the hospitality environment and a passion for delivering service excellence.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations and HR teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Background in media, communication, instructional design, or hospitality-related field.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Photography or animation skills are a plus.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
