Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai seeks a senior blockchain architect to lead enterprise blockchain projects, design digital asset platforms, and implement secure wallet custody solutions.

You will work across banking and fintech environments, leveraging Hyperledger Fabric and other frameworks, and drive API integrations, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall technology experience, including 5+ years in Blockchain / DLT / Digital Assets.
• Strong hands-on experience in Enterprise Blockchain Architecture and Implementation.
• Hyperledger Fabric and enterprise blockchain frameworks.
• Smart Contract Design and Development.
• Digital Asset Platforms and Tokenization Frameworks.
• Wallet & Custody Architecture, MPC, HSM, and Private Key Management.
• Blockchain Network Architecture, Consensus Mechanisms, and Permissioning Models.
• API, Middleware, and Enterprise Integration.
• Blockchain Security, Governance, Reconciliation, and Transaction Lifecycle Management.
