Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology oversees a Dubai-based digital bank's drive to a next-generation digital asset platform. You will own the technical direction, architect institutional-grade infrastructure, and scale a global ecosystem with teams in Dubai and across Asia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/platform engineering, 4+ years in blockchain/digital assets.
• Hands-on custody infrastructure experience (HSM, MPC, key management).
• Experience with Solidity or Rust smart contracts and crypto ecosystems.
• Proven ability to architect scalable crypto platforms and align with product risk/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for digital asset platforms.
• Architect secure, scalable infrastructure across custody and transaction layers.
• Lead engineering efforts across blockchain integrations, settlement, and services.
• Ensure institutional-grade security (HSM, MPC, multi-sig, SOC2).
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance; integrate external providers.
• Define platform performance metrics and drive uptime and latency targets.
• Stay ahead of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and custody innovations.
