Job summary

UNDP is seeking an intern to support the Digital, AI and Innovation (DAI) Hub in Dubai, UAE, across multiple workstreams including policy research, data governance, analytics, capacity building and partnerships. You will contribute to knowledge management, develop dashboards, and assist with communications and outreach, while working with UNDP country offices and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate student or final year in a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Interest or experience in one of the DAI Hub workstream areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in database management and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Systems Transformation & Innovation research and horizon scanning.
• Assist Programme Delivery & Capacity Building with Country Offices.
• Research Data Policy & Governance, data protection and responsible data use.
• Clean and analyze datasets, develop dashboards and translate findings.
• Support Partnerships & Strategic Communications research and outreach.
• Assist with Process Efficiency & Resource Management tasks and SOPs.
• Participate in Product Design & Management, testing digital tools.
• Maintain Knowledge Management platforms and repositories.
