Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive digital sales, and deliver measurable marketing results. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing digital strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and excellent client management skills to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned digital accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Digital Sales & Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new digital business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and present digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients on campaigns across digital channels, including social media, display advertising, SEO, SEM, email, and other online platforms.
- Campaign Coordination & Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track key performance metrics and generate client-facing reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Support data-driven decision-making to enhance digital ROI.
- Market & Industry Awareness:
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide insights to clients and internal teams on industry developments and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital account management, digital marketing, or sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
