Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services seeks a DHA-licensed Aesthetic General Practitioner with a passion for Functional and Longevity Medicine to join our Dubai clinic on a commission-only basis. You will build a patient base with marketing and operational support from the clinic while delivering evidence-based aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities include comprehensive consultations, personalized treatment plans, functional medicine coaching, and ensuring DHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' aesthetic and wellness goals.
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the scope of DHA-approved clinical privileges.
• Provide Functional and Longevity Medicine consultations, including lifestyle optimization and preventive healthcare recommendations.
• Interpret laboratory investigations and formulate personalized wellness plans.
• Educate patients on nutrition, supplementation, weight management, hormone optimization (within DHA regulations), and healthy lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, and clinic policies.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage long-term treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team by participating in educational content, campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Contribute to achieving clinic revenue and patient satisfaction goals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments while supporting the clinic's preventive health, wellness, and longevity services. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial physician looking to build their own patient base with the support of the clinic's marketing and operational team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner
• Functional and/or Longevity Medicine certification or relevant experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
• Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and build a loyal patient base

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in premium aesthetic or wellness clinics
• Existing patient following is an advantage
• Certifications in Anti-Aging, Functional Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, or Longevity Medicine are preferred
• Multilingual candidates (English plus Arabic or Russian) are an advantage
