Job summary

integra.works is seeking a seasoned DevOps Support Engineer to join our client support team and provide hands-on technical support for a cloud-native automation platform. The role emphasizes Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure troubleshooting, including SSL, DNS, and networking issues.

You will work across Kubernetes clusters and related technologies such as Nginx, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Temporal, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting clients in the Middle East

Qualifications

• Master's degree in software engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional DevOps experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.
• Proactive mindset with client-facing skills.
• Nice to have: Arabic language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time technical customer support for the platform in English, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues that client IT teams cannot resolve independently.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting the platform, such as SSL errors, DNS, networking, and other infrastructure-related problems.
• Maintain and support all infrastructure components used by the platform systems, including Kubernetes, Nginx, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Temporal.
• Manage and oversee the various Kubernetes clusters deployed for client environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with a five-person support team to deliver high-quality technical assistance and ensure seamless client operations with the platform.
• Act as a proactive DevOps engineer to assist clients in the Middle East, North Africa, and beyond in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the platform infrastructure.

They are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to join their client support team and provide hands‑on technical support for a cloud‑native automation platform. The role focuses on Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure troubleshooting and client support, including installations, updates, deployments and resolving issues related to SSL, DNS, networking and application infrastructure. You will work across Kubernetes clusters and supporting technologies such as Nginx, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL and Temporal. This is a hands‑on role suited to a proactive and independent DevOps professional who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with clients and operating in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and oral, for technical communication and client support.

• Proactive mindset with a sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in Arabic for enhanced client communication in the Middle East and North Africa region.
