Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive the development, deployment, and maintenance of IFZA’s Partner and Customer Portal, along with other mission‑critical applications. In this role, you will design and implement secure, automated, and scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations. You will also embed security best practices throughout the software lifecycle, championing a DevSecOps approach.

Main Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for React, Node.js/Express, and other applications.
  • Automate testing, deployments, and environment provisioning.

Infrastructure & Cloud

  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).

Security (DevSecOps)

  • Integrate security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency, IaC) into CI/CD workflows.
  • Manage secrets securely (Vault/Secrets Manager).
  • Enforce access controls, least privilege, and network security across environments.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with developers, IT, and security teams to deliver reliable and secure applications.
  • Support the use of service accounts for integrations (Zoho, Telr, other APIs).
  • Assist in troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure deployments align with compliance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI‑DSS scope control).
  • Maintain audit trails and evidence packs for security and operational processes.
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Skilled in using monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance frameworks.
