Job summary

You will analyze financial data, prepare statements, and support budgeting while ensuring internal controls and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance; knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow projections, etc.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks or opportunities.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure accuracy of accounting information.
• Support budgeting processes by providing timely data analysis.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve errors, and recommend corrective action as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from management regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
