Job summary

MB Agencement, a Dubai-based design agency specializing in retail design and visual merchandising, seeks a Designer Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with the design studio, conduct site surveys, and manage production and installation while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project management within retail design or creative agencies, with strong English communication and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in retail design or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Illustrator.
• Proven ability to manage client briefs and coordinate with design teams.
• Excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and UAE-based location.

Responsibilities

• Manage client briefs and coordinate with the design studio.
• Develop creative design concepts.
• Conduct site surveys.
• Coordinate and follow up on production.
• Supervise installation and ensure quality standards.
• Manage events and retail activations.
• Handle end-to-end project management (A to Z).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and customer satisfaction.
