The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, enthuse and motivate students, and maintain a healthy learning environment while working collaboratively within an energetic team.

Strong UK curriculum experience and data-driven progress monitoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Design & Construction or related subject.
• UK teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS).
• Knowledge of data disaggregation, analysis and differentiation for students.
• Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
• Proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results.
• Ability to use data effectively to monitor and enhance student progress.

Responsibilities

• Support, observe and record the progress of the class.
• Plan lessons in line with school and curriculum objectives to ensure a healthy culture of learning.
• Plan curricula across a broad range of subjects and maintain up-to-date subject knowledge.
