Job summary

Parsons Corporation is hiring an experienced Design Manager - Infrastructure in Dubai to oversee the planning, design, and integration of deep utilities for high-end luxury developments. The role involves technical leadership in areas such as water, wastewater, stormwater, and telecommunications.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 16 years of experience in deep services for large-scale projects and expertise in Civil 3D and related tools, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design and coordination of deep utility services including potable water, wastewater, stormwater drainage, power distribution, gas, district cooling, and telecom networks.
• Oversee system modeling, hydraulic analysis, and optimization to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Integrate deep services design with masterplanning, architectural, and structural disciplines for cohesive project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, design consultants, and contractors to deliver compliant and high-quality solutions.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Etisalat, and other local authorities for NOC approvals and design compliance.
• Supervise construction support, inspection, and commissioning activities for deep utility networks.
