Memaar Building Systems FZC in Sharjah seeks an experienced Design & Estimation Engineer with deep knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) steel design and estimation. The role focuses on delivering accurate designs and cost estimates for international projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, at least five years in PEB design, and proficiency in MBS and STAAD Pro, plus familiarity with AISC, MBMA, IBC and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in design and estimation for PEB steel structures.
• Proficient in MBS and STAAD Pro software.
• Knowledge of international design codes: AISC, MBMA, IBC, AISI; Eurocode/BS is a plus.

Position Summary

Memaar Building Systems FZC is seeking an experienced Design & Estimation Engineer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) steel design and estimation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of engineering software and international design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and estimation, specifically in PEB steel structures
• Proven experience working with reputed PEB companies
• Proficient in MBS and STAAD Pro software
• Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards including AISC, MBMA, IBC, and AISI
• Knowledge of Eurocode and British Standards is an added advantage
