The role focuses on managing design documentation, procurement of reviews, and maintaining quality standards while supporting the organization’s business plan and development objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in prequalification and selection of consultants.
• Ability to define and manage design scopes and deliverables accurately.
• Expertise in coordinating and interfacing with design teams and consultants.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design requirements and feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design process from pre-concept to construction documentation.
• Coordinate DFC requirements into comprehensive designs and ensure alignment.
• Procure design reviews and provide actionable feedback to designers.
• Ensure designs meet statutory regulations and secure approvals.
• Manage design programme and monitor progress against construction schedule.
• Develop and improve design management procedures and manuals.
