Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a Bulldozer Driver to operate and maintain a basic excavator and Tractor (4x4) safely for DDCR site needs. You will load and unload animal feed, assist with road and track maintenance, and follow all safety, quality and environmental policies to keep the workplace secure.

You will report safety concerns, comply with procedures, and support daily DDCR operations including sorting, packing and unloading baggage as required.

Qualifications

• High School qualification required.
• 0–2 years of Bulldozer/Tractor experience and on‑the‑job training.
• UAE Driving permit / Residence Country Driving Permit required.
• Valid certificate for operating equipment required.
• Basic communication skills needed.
• Fundamental security awareness expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Bulldozer/Tractor safely and efficiently according to manuals.
• Assist with loading/unloading animal feed and supplies.
• Support DDCR road and track maintenance activities.
• Identify safety concerns and report to supervisor.
• Follow department policies and standard operating procedures to complete tasks consistently.
