Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. is seeking a qualified physician to provide comprehensive patient care within our Abu Dhabi facilities. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, and adherence to DOH regulations.

The candidate should have MBBS or equivalent, completed residency/fellowship, and 2–3 years post-specialization clinical experience. English and Arabic language skills are required, with DOH licensing favorable.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent from a recognized medical school.
• Structured clinical residency or fellowship program completed in the relevant specialization.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience post-specialization, depending on DOH tier and hospital requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and take medical histories.
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, or procedures as per specialty.
• Collaborate with other specialists and departments for holistic patient care.
• Document clinical information accurately and timely per regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, and research to enhance safety and care.
• Provide supervision and teaching to junior medical staff, residents, and students.
• Communicate clinical information to patients and families and obtain informed consent.
• Adhere to hospital policies, DOH regulations, infection control, and safety guidelines.
