• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
• Strong Arabic communication skills and exceptionally good English proficiency.
• Demonstrable experience in team leadership and overseeing broad operational functions.
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.

We are therefore seeking an experienced UAE National candidate from a similar environment or government entity. You will oversee all operational aspects of the foundation, support the General Manager to lead a team, and ensure the effective delivery of its objectives and services. This is a leadership position requiring someone comfortable reporting directly to senior management and contributing to strategic discussions, supporting key decision-making, and ensuring operational priorities align with the foundation’s wider goals.
