Job summary

Kings College Hospital Dubai seeks a Deputy Chief Nursing Officer for Inpatient Services to lead inpatient nursing across units, ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

The DCNO will provide expert guidance, drive governance, capacity management and service improvement, collaborating with internal and external partners to sustain excellence.

Qualifications

• DHA license (Dubai) as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing and RN registration.
• Educational/teaching qualification desirable or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing leadership across inpatient areas to ensure safe, quality care.
