A little taste of your day-to-day:
  • Creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that delight the senses and elevate every dining experience
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of pastry items to meet high culinary standards
  • Taking ownership of your pastry workstation – managing supplies, equipment, and minimizing waste
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations
  • Supporting the Chef and wider kitchen team with prep, service, and occasional general kitchen duties
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and memorable guest experiences
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally at Commis or Demi Chef de Partie level
  • A genuine passion for pastry arts and creativity in presentation and flavour pairing
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with local food handling and safety regulations
  • A positive attitude and great communication – you’re warm, approachable, and a true team player
