A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to ensure high-quality food preparation and service. Candidates should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship and experience in quality establishments. The ideal candidate must possess strong culinary skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. This role involves supporting the Chef de Partie, controlling food costs, and leading subordinate chefs in daily food preparation in a multicultural environment.

You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.
