The role focuses on maintaining top quality, preparing and presenting dishes to exacting standards, and collaborating with the kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates genuine passion for gastronomy and fine contemporary cuisine.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or ultra-high-end culinary environment.
• Exceptional culinary skill, precision and creativity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality control, rotate stock timely and ensure high standard service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef on menu changes and seasonal activities.
• Coordinate with Chef de Cuisine on shortages and development of seasonal menus.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and apply creativity to dishes.
