Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in the same role or 2 years’ experience as Commis I in a five-star hotel.
• Clear understanding of both written and spoken English.
• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food while maintaining cost control.
• Lead and motivate Commis Chefs and assist Chef de Parties.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
