We are seeking a talented and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our hot kitchen team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our culinary staff you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes maintaining kitchen standards and contributing to the overall success of our food service operations.

  • Prepare cook and present a variety of hot dishes including meat fish and international cuisine
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food delivery
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
  • Monitor and maintain proper food storage and rotation
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control measures
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field
