Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Demi Chef De Partie in the Bakery section to support daily production, maintain quality, and ensure hygiene standards.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the bakery team in preparing and producing high-quality bakery items according to established recipes and operational standards. Also, you will assist in daily production, maintain consistency in product quality and presentation, and ensure efficient bakery operations. And you will also support mise en place activities and maintain hygiene and food safety standards within the bakery section.
