Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Demi Chef De Partie will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within their assigned section while maintaining high culinary standards. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, monitoring food stock levels, and contributing to kitchen organization and cleanliness. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and assisting in creating innovative menu items.
