Job summary

Common Grounds in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support daily kitchen operations and ensure quality plating.

You will prepare ingredients, follow standardized recipes, assist with stock, and cover duties when senior chefs are away.

Joining as part of the founding team, you will grow with the brand, receive mentorship, and contribute to UAE expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food wastage.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
