Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Dubai, UAE is offering a Demand Planning Internship based in Dubai. You will support the MEA Zone Planning team by analyzing data, consolidating reports, and preparing demand forecasts to ensure accurate planning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, management, supply chain or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel mandatory (data consolidation, pivot tables, lookup functions).
• Familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple time zones.
• Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn multi-country planning dynamics.
• Experience with Kinaxis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly demand forecasts for various markets and product categories.
• Support analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.
• Help update and maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, and planning systems (Kinaxis, Excel, Power BI).
• Participate in demand review meetings and document key insights and action items.
• Track and monitor forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, proposing improvements where needed.
• Assist in preparing reports for Zone review cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, BU Manager, and Supply teams to gather input and validate demand numbers.
• Support ad hoc analysis, data cleaning, and other planning tasks as required.
