Are you a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for retail operations and supply chain management? We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to support retail operations by maintaining accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans.
In this role, you will:
Analyse historical sales data and market trends to create precise demand forecasts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business plans.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid stock‑outs or over‑stock.
Support seasonal and promotional planning.
Track key forecast metrics and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
1‑2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably in retail.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
