Job summary

Emirates NBD in Dubai seeks a Delivery Lead to co-own and drive the delivery of Wealth Tribe initiatives with Tribe Leads and Product Owners. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering culture across squads.

You will apply domain knowledge in Wealth Management, including portfolios, order management, and asset classes, while aligning with regulatory and market trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in engineering or computer science required.
• Experience with Prince2 or PMP project management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• 10+ years total experience in IT delivery within banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tribe leads and Product Owners to align delivery with business objectives.
• Manage dependencies of digital product epics/features across IT platforms.
• Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions for wealth management.
• Monitor OKRs/KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
