Job summary

Work corp in Sharjah is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to transport goods from our warehouse to various city locations. This contract role requires safety, punctuality, and good customer service.

You will operate company vehicles, follow dispatch routes, load and unload items, and maintain delivery records while adhering to traffic laws and ensuring on-time deliveries. English, Hindi, or Arabic communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license with good driving record.
• Ability to read maps and navigate efficiently.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi or Arabic.

Delivery Driver

Our transportation company is seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Sharjah. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from our warehouse to various locations across the city. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, suitable for both Indian and Egyptian nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatch team
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in good condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and receipts
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any delivery issues or concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring safety at all times

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license with good driving record
• Ability to read maps and navigate through different routes efficiently
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items up to 50lbs without assistance
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or Arabic (preferred)
• Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is an asset but not required
