Job summary

Workato in Sharjah, UAE, is hiring a Courier Delivery Driver to safely and timely deliver packages to clients, including individuals and businesses. The role requires a valid driver\'s license and a high school diploma; no English fluency required.

It is a full-time position with accommodation provided, and preference given to Africans and Egyptians. The successful candidate will plan efficient routes, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service while upholding vehicle cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent time management to follow schedules and meet deadlines.

We are hiring a responsible and reliable Courier Delivery Driver to join our team in Sharjah. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and timely delivering packages to our clients, which may include individuals, businesses, or organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road and has experience in customer service and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a smile and greeting clients in a friendly manner
• Handle any questions or concerns from clients regarding their packages
• Keep track of delivery records and obtain necessary signatures when delivering sensitive documents or valuable items
• Report any issues or delays with deliveries to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicle

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be physically fit to lift and carry packages up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in order to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service preferred but not required

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Sharjah, UAE
