Job summary

A prestigious university in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee administrative and operational services in alignment with academic excellence. The role requires extensive experience in educational leadership and strong financial management skills. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance and oversee recruitment and retention strategies. This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in academic administration, preferably in medical or health sciences.
• Strong background in higher education administration.
• Knowledge of accreditation frameworks and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and submission of the Annual CMHS Operating Budget.
• Continuously monitor and analyse CMHS spending patterns.
• Ensure that the appropriate HR systems are in place.
