Qualifications

• Extensive experience within a Big 4 environment with a strong background in risk management.
• Proven ability to manage complex risks in client engagements, especially in Deals.
• Strong understanding of contract management related to liability and legal exposure.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-making processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on client engagements and associated risks.
• Review and assess engagement panels to protect PwC's reputation.
• Evaluate contract clauses ensuring clarity on liability and profitability.
• Provide guidance on engagement sign-offs after considering all risks.
• Collaborate with teams to understand the services being delivered.
