Job summary

Forexpress limited in Dubai is seeking a Dealer to monitor clients’ trading on the MT5 platform, manage market exposure and supervise trade execution to ensure smooth, accurate operations. • Monitor clients’ trades and open positions in real time.
• Manage MT5 dealing operations and trade execution.
• Monitor company exposure and A-Book/B-Book positions.
• Review spreads, pricing, swaps, commissions, and symbol settings.
• Identify scalping, latency arbitrage, bonus abuse, and suspicious trading activities.
• Monitor margin levels, stop-outs, and high-risk accounts.
• Coordinate trade hedging with liquidity providers when required.
• Investigate rejected orders, slippage, pricing, and execution complaints.
• Prepare daily dealing, exposure, and profitability reports.
• Coordinate with the Risk, Compliance, and Operations departments.
• Ensure all dealing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job description

The Dealer is responsible for monitoring clients’ trading activities, managing market exposure, supervising trade execution, and ensuring smooth and accurate operations on the MT5 platform. The role includes monitoring spreads, liquidity, pricing, margin levels, suspicious trading patterns, and A-Book/B-Book exposure while coordinating closely with the Risk, Operations, and Liquidity Provider teams.
