Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
• Deep practical expertise across core machine learning algorithms (Random Forests, XGBoost, Neural Networks, SVMs).
• Solid mastery of Python data science and deep learning libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, data storytelling, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Professional availability for a 12-month contract engagement in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Candidates based in UAE only).

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics algorithms.
• Analyze complex large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to discover hidden patterns, trends, and insights.
• Perform rigorous exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, data cleaning, and statistical validation.
• Build, tune, and optimize classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing models.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and data ingestion workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to translate strategic objectives into quantitative data science solutions.
• Utilize Python data science and machine learning frameworks including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Create compelling data visualizations, executive dashboards, and technical reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Monitor model accuracy, performance drift, and retraining schedules in collaboration with MLOps engineering teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, model experiment tracking logs, and analytical methodology reports.
