Job summary

talabat is seeking a Data Scientist to join the QC Hub and improve decision quality across product and business through reliable data. You will own the data value chain from logging to experimentation and work with product and business managers to deliver insights and automated reports.

The role requires strong SQL, Python/R, and data modeling skills, familiarity with BigQuery/GCP, and 3 years of experience in data science. This is a full-time on-site position in UAE/Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, technology or similar fields.
• 3 years of overall experience in data science and ML.
• Experience in online consumer product setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the data value chain including logging, data modeling, analysis, reporting and experimentation.
• Develop data models and analytics to measure performance and drivers for your area.
• Deliver actionable insights and automated reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and multivariate tests).
• Collaborate with product and business teams on KPI design and goal setting.
