BBI in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a senior machine learning lead to design and deploy advanced computer-vision systems. You will drive model selection, run experiments with YOLO, ViT/Transformer architectures, RF-DETR and guide fine-tuning of Vision-Language Models for production use.

You will own the full MLOps lifecycle end to end, mentor a team, conduct code reviews, and communicate solutions with stakeholders and architects to ensure scalable edge-AI deployments with latency and FPS targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or related field
• 10-15 years of applied machine-learning experience with deep computer-vision expertise
• Strong Python, with hands-on PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with YOLO, ViT/Transformer architectures, RF-DETR and VLM fine-tuning
• Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-communication / solution-architecture skills

Responsabilidades
