Job summary

Aspire Manpower Services is hiring a Data Privacy Professional for a client in Abu Dhabi, seeking an experienced specialist to manage privacy governance and compliance across the organization.

The role will develop practical privacy controls, guide teams on responsible use of personal data, and support compliance, data-subject requests, PIA activities, audits, and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands-on data privacy, governance, and compliance experience.
• Practical knowledge of UAE PDPL and Abu Dhabi data-governance requirements.
• Experience with privacy assessments, third-party reviews, stakeholder management, and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain privacy policies, procedures, registers, and records of data processing.
• Lead privacy impact assessments for projects, technology, AI, and data-sharing activities.
• Review privacy notices, consent wording, contracts and third-party data-processing agreements.
• Coordinate data-subject rights requests and support breach assessments.
• Monitor compliance, track corrective actions, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Deliver privacy guidance and awareness sessions to business and technology teams.

• Coordinate data-subject rights requests and support personal-data breach assessments.
• Monitor compliance, track corrective actions, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Deliver privacy guidance and awareness sessions to business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, cybersecurity, IT, information governance, risk, compliance, or a related field.

Required Skills

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in data privacy, governance, and compliance, including substantial hands‑on privacy work.
• Practical knowledge of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and applicable Abu Dhabi government data‑governance requirements.
• Experience with privacy assessments, third-party reviews, stakeholder management, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE, or ISO/IEC 27701 are an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: AED 25,000+ per month, negotiable based on experience.
