Job summary

Amazon ICQA is seeking a data analyst in the UAE (Ras Al Khaimah) to drive data-driven insights across ICQA, Learning and Finance teams. You will build data pipelines, design SQL queries, and create dashboards to support business decisions and weekly/quarterly reviews. Experience with AWS tools and Python automation is essential.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large projects from start to finish, including data gathering and modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes and data management systems.
• Design queries, compile data, and generate SQL reports.
• Chart and graph data for reporting purposes.
• Develop dashboards (Amazon QuickSight) to support decisions.
• Create automation solutions for analysis (Python).
• Prepare and publish reports for weekly, quarterly, and project updates.
• Support leadership in interpreting data trends as needed.
• Research defect trends in depth.
• Collect and entry data as needed.
• Present analysis in standard, digestible reports.
• Support ICQA and Learning Team projects.
