Job summary

Workato in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. You will collect, analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights to inform business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets, from customer databases to financial records. The successful candidate will create dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate data insights clearly and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB etc.).
• Proficient in statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, interpret and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Develop advanced queries using SQL or other query languages.
• Identify trends in customer behavior or purchasing patterns.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations and presentations to communicate data insights clearly.
• Create models to forecast future trends in customer behavior or purchasing patterns.
• Collaborate with other analysts on cross-functional projects.
