Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Data Governance & MDM Specialist to define and operationalize data governance policies while bridging business strategy with technical data management. You will lead data initiatives, perform business analysis for data projects, and ensure critical data assets are accurate and secure through MDM tools such as Informatica MDM.

You will bring deep data governance experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise in RBAC/ABAC and data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Deep experience (10+ years) in data governance and MDM software and tools.
Strong technical business analysis skills.
Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Data certification such as CMDP or CIMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs, user stories and data requirements.
Lead data mapping, root-cause analysis on data discrepancies, and gap analysis across processes and pipelines.
Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders, analytics teams and engineers.
Provide domain SME input for MDM architectures and workflows (Customer, Vendor, Product, or Asset).
Collaborate with engineering on configuration, match/merge rule tuning, and entity resolution within MDM platforms.
