Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group seeks an experienced Data Governance & MDM Specialist to define governance policies and operationalize data stewardship across enterprise data assets. You will lead data initiatives, map data, and ensure security and privacy while enabling trusted data for analyses.

Key focus areas include RBAC/ABAC design, Informatica MDM usage, and collaboration with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of data governance and MDM experience.
• Strong technical business analysis skills.
• Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• A data certification such as CMDP or CIMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize data governance policies and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Lead business analysis for data initiatives and data pipelines.
• Perform data mapping and root-cause analysis on data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analytics, and engineers on MDM usage.
• Configure and tune MDM rules and workflows using Informatica MDM.
• Ensure data quality, security, and privacy across domains (Customer, Vendor, Product).
• Validate data integration pipelines to maintain single-source-of-truth.
