Job description

We are looking for a highly accurate and professional Data Entry Officer to join our Government & Corporate Relations Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating official documents, client information, and government-related transactions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update data related to sales and purchase agreements.
  • Organize and maintain official documents such as passports, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and power of attorney documents.
  • Record and update client and corporate contact details.
  • Efficiently use government platforms including DARI – ADGM – TAMM – Smart Hub.
  • Follow up on government applications and update the internal system accordingly.
  • Prepare periodic reports for the management team.
  • Coordinate with the Government Relations team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferably in real estate or government services).
  • Proficiency in DARI, ADGM, TAMM, and Smart Hub platforms is mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
