Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive in the United Arab Emirates to support finance, property operations and admin teams across residential, commercial, and hospitality assets. You will enter, clean and manage data in ERP, Excel and SharePoint, using AI tools to extract data from PDFs and emails while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

You will also help create templates and light automations (Power Automate, Excel macros) to reduce manual entry and improve data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 1–3 years of data entry or back-office experience.
• Background in real estate, property management or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP data entry and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain data in the ERP, Excel and SharePoint.

• Write AI prompts to summarise, classify, reformat and check large datasets.

• Enter, update and maintain data in the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Excel and SharePoint.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OCR/document-extraction tools) to pull data from PDFs, scans and emails.
• Write clear AI prompts to summarise, classify, reformat and check large datasets.
• Check AI-generated output for accuracy before posting it. You remain accountable for data quality.
• Clean and deduplicate records, and flag inconsistencies to the relevant department.
• Keep all records confidential and follow the company's data-protection policies.
• Help build templates and small automations (Power Automate, Excel macros) that reduce manual entry.
