Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Learning & Development roles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback.
• Build and maintain L&D dashboards and reports to track participation and results.
• Support in design and delivery of corporate learning programs.
• Drive adoption & integration of digital learning platforms.
• Oversee to ensure learning initiatives address capability needs.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in data visualization tools

Experience with Learning Management Systems

Knowledge of learning evaluation models
