The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all construction phases meet stringent technical, cost, and schedule requirements. With responsibilities ranging from project execution to client interaction, this role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in data centers and sophisticated project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Project Management capacity.
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects, especially data centers.
• PMP, RICS, or similar professional accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Data Centres, managing project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients and internal Stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, health & safety, and quality requirements.
